Can rabbits eat radishes and green beans?

in Questions about Rabbits

I have 2 rabbits. Levi and Leo are about 5 or 6 months old now. I have some radishes and green beans and was wondering if they can eat these. Also, can guinea pigs eat radishes and green beans too?

Thanks in advance.

I have fed my rabbits radishes in the past and they liked them. I usually cut them in half. Mine also love the flat leaf Italian parsley, cilantro, basil, and cherry tomatoes. I have heard radishes are slightly acidic, so every now and then they are okay, but I wouldn’t make it a regular habit.

I’ve heard beans are bad for them, and have never fed any to my rabbits.

Here is a good site of what is good and bad for them. Hope it helps.

no, they can’t eat radishes and green beans,
but you can them radish tops.
I have a rabbit, he’s a mini lop, and he’s 9 months old,
(his name is Bugzy) :)
