The cage is probably more for sleeping. My guess is they let the rabbit run around the house. (Heck, with the lid open like that the rabbit could let himself out.)
As for complaints about the corgi attacking the rabbit, I wouldn’t worry. The rabbit is pretty obviously not afraid of the dog. Which is far more than I can say about my rabbit.
that’s cute, but no offense, the rabbit cage is WAY too small. It barely has room to hop or stand up on its feet when the lid is closed………
