Friendly rabbit breeds?

in Rabbit Breeds

What are some friendly rabbit breeds that don’t get frightened too easily? I prefer smaller ones such as dwarfs but i heard they are the ones that are more timid.

Also, maybe one that doesn’t require much grooming. I do have children over sometimes but they’re sensible enough not to be too tough on the rabbit, but i hope for one that isn’t too easily stressed.

A holland lop is friendly and has good temperament! :)

Fuzzy Lops
Neatherland Dwarfs
Lionheads (especially astromonically amazingly friendly)

All rabbits are timid.

Some of the breed’s that are known for being more friendly are the Holland Lop and the Mini Lop.

French lops tend to be extremely easy-going, but it is hard to say. Rabbits vary a lot in temperament and it just isn’t possible to be specific about temperament by breed.

Why not adopt an adult rabbit from a rescue, so you can get one whose personality has developed? The staff will be happy to help you choose the best companion for you.
