they can eat regular rabbit food they no longer need mom.
you don’t you hand them over to the animal shelter. Unless of course you want them dead and want them all to your self. you don’t do you? 8 helpless little baby bunnies with no mother in the hands of an inexperienced person (no offense). So I say hand them over to a shelter or rescue group. and i mean NOW.
Go to your local vet and get some kind of liquid suplimentary diet and feet the rabbits through a baby bottle w/ a small nipple.
Your best bet is to call a 24 hr Emergency vet around your area. Ask them what you should do to feed them and care for them, they’ll be able to assist you. To give them milk might kill them, as they’re not used to it. Remember that their mother would have eaten lots of wild plants. This is their primary nurture. Give the vets a call, they’re your best bet (they were mine when I found two 3 week old kittens). Wishing you luck…
Oh shucks. Ok, baby rabbits are like any other baby. You will need either a syringe or a very small baby bottle (from the feed store) and baby milk, like isomel or some of the nature, they need to be feed 3 to four times a day and kept warm. I have rabbits. Now don’t wait, they are probably hungery now!
If they are tiny you need to go to the pet store and get formula and feed them with a eye dropper. I helped my friend and she had to do it every 3 hours. Are they wild? If so look and see if there is a hole in the ground if so put them back and let the mother take care of them, she will come back for them. Some may die even after you formula feed them and the formula is expensive.
go to walmart or a pet store like pet co or pets mart and they have baby formula for animals, if they don’t have one for bunnies I’m sure dog or cat formula would work. Feed them with a little ear dropper or baby medicine dropper.
buy a bottle and some milk at your local pet store
Allow them to suckle your nipples.
You just throw them in with the snake.
I had to bottle feed baby rabbits years ago…there is a formula for them – just check your local pet store…
Kitten Milk Replacer or goat’s milk. Rabbits cannot have cow’s milk.
i would agree with the last person..if you give them regular milk or something that could kill em. thats what i think happened to our last litter when the mom wasnt feeding them.
so the best thing you can do is give em goats milk…ive never heard of kitten milk replacer but i guess you could try that too.
if you cant get goats milk or possibly the milk replacer im afraid youre gonna have to go to an emergency vet because if theyre at that age where they have no fur, they wont be able to eat anything but that.
also make sure to keep them warm as they get cold easily. at night put a light on over them. that helps to keep them in one place and nice & warm. and put some straw over them if they dont already have that.
