Usually about 30 seconds. Rabbits are known for doing it pretty quick, like bunnies.

Seriously, most rabbits have a 31 day long gestation. I have included a link to a site that answers your question much more succinctly, and without the cheap attempts at humor.

Good luck with your animals.

Well it only takes one penetration with ejaculate for a doe to get pregnant. Just because he has mounted her does not mean that he penetrated. Rabbits are reflex ovulators and it is the act of penetration/ejaculation that triggers ovulation. So simply mounting her will not get the job done of course. You must take into consideration the breed you are propagating. They have a lot of fluff and penetration may take a bit more practice than say a breed without so much fluff. If your buck is not proven (having sired a litter before) perhaps he has not quite figured out where to put his equipment and needs a little more time with the doe to figure things out. Generally speaking the buck will seize up and typically fall off the doe when he has hit his mark however that is not true of all males there are exceptions to that rule of thumb. Generally allowing them to stay together a bit longer and observing his behavior for indications he has done his job properly.
If this is your first litter and first attempt I would strongly suggest you locate a breeder in your area that can help you with the technicallities of breeding rabbits and what to do when a doe rejects a litter etc.
