Your rabbit needs to have clean hay 24/7. For adults, pellets and vegetables can be given once a day and that’s fine- some people split their pellets into two feedings a day. Young rabbits (under 6 months) should have pellets available 24/7 as well as the hay, so check however often you need to to make sure their bowl doesn’t empty. I usually check hay and water twice a day and refill as needed. Excellent diet guidance for each stage of a pet rabbit’s life is here: http://www.rabbit.org/faq/sections/diet.html
