No defense? Have you ever been bitten by a rodent? (Rabbits are rodents)

They bite…hard…and deep.
Rabbits are not defenseless.

Yeah, domestic rabbits. People use ferrets to CHASE rabbits out of the holes so the hunter can get them. The ferret in the video killed the rabbit for food for itself. Lousy, fake video.

At least the Native Americans respected their prey more.

abuntime 03.06.09 at 10:38 pm

So, it’s still cruelty because the rabbit was cornered.

Doesn’t mean we have to use ferrets to hunt them down. How’d you like to be hunted down and cornered with no defense.

It’s because your human so you think you above all, that is wrong!

cool is it legal to ferret hunt in California?
Are ferrets hard to take care of?
Is it hard to train them?
Were can I buy them and how much do they cost?

MCpure 03.06.09 at 10:38 pm

Yes it was. Look at it like a giant Ant farm. Ferriting is nothing like this in real life. A good ferret will chase the rabbit into the net so you can neck it. If it caught a wild rabbit down a REAL hole, you would have a long wait for it to surface. It would stay down their… eat the rabbit… then sleep. This video is very disapointing.

Awesome video. Rabbits do squell like that when wounded.

KyleHoller 03.06.09 at 10:38 pm

Wow ferrets should take over the world some day.

heartofcoal6 03.06.09 at 10:38 pm

misfitfiend83 03.06.09 at 10:38 pm

lol watched this vid and my cat was layin next to me…soon as she heard the rabbit squeal she popped her head up n glared at my computer wonderin where the bunny was ( she used to be a outdoor cat n avid bunny hunter )

JulianeBubblesTV 03.06.09 at 10:38 pm

Dude, it’s weird when you carry the ferret and you don’t support its legs. They don’t scratch or bite or fuss around. 0_o
