Don’t feed it so many carrots because carrots have a lot of sugar and are like treats to rabbits.Get mixed pellets as soon as you can try to get high fiber ones. Make sure the grass isn’t treated with any product that is toxic and produced like fertilizer because the rabbit can die. when feeding it vsgies make sure they are dark like if you feed it lettuce make sure it is a dark color. Also buy mineral and salt licker’s because if your rabbit isn’t getting enough salt and minerals they can get very sick.

hope I helped good luck to you and your rabbit
make sure you give your rabbit a lot of love and care and toys.

I guess keep feeding it what you’re feeding it and get the pellet mix as soon as possible.

Also, try not to feed it TOO many veggies.

Oh, and while you’re getting the pellets, you might wanna pick up some hay too. There’s a specific kind, can’t remember the name though…

And go to this website, it might help:

They like the pelleted feeds, they also really enjoy hay sometimes. Those little bales of hay they sell in pet stores are really expensive for what you get. If you have feed stores that sell real bales of hay around you, you could always ask them if you could go pick up a couple handfulls from what has fallen off the bales. Especially if you buy your rabbit food from them.

I dont remember what all the veggies are that are ok for them. I believe lettuce is bad, but carrots are fine. I am sure someone else can tell you the list of veggies that are ok. Or you can look that up online

They like timothy hay, and alfalfa hay

Enjoy your new fur friend

Feed your bunny pellet food, if she/he is a very young rabbit, keep the dish full. Older bunnies only need about a couple of cups per day, depending on their size. bunnies can become over-weight very easily from being in a cage most of the time. They can have "timothy hay" as often as they like. You should buy it from a feed store, though Wal-mart has the least expensive packaged timothy hay. my bunny won’t eat regular hay and only eats alfalfa after she knows that’s all there is. Give them small amounts of fruit and veggies, about a quarter cup for a medium sized, less for smaller rabbits. Apples, oranges, Romain lettuce, parsley, things like that, They love BANANAS!!!!, Have it spayed or neutered, it will live longer, and happier!. And don’t forget the mineral salt!!!.
