You should feed them KMR mixed with infant oatmeal. KMR = Kitten Milk Replacer. You buy it at PetSmart or Petco.

buy a formula for baby animals at a local pet store…or a formula for baby kittens works just as well with baby bunnies

you get a bottle like a hartz one,eye dropper, heavy whipping cream (1T1/2 of that) kitten powdered milk,(2 T),2 T of boiling hot water now mix it together, let it set for a mins for it to cool check it by putting a few drops of your wrist

kitten milk replacer. found it at PJ’s… $10 for half a can lmao!

best method is to make ice cubes out of the milk, then thaw one cube per day.

found bugsy mows a couple days ago when the gardeners made a gruesome discovery while mowing the lawn. he has been doing very well so far, eating, drinking, and discarding. he’s been very active and playful, and has got to be the most affectionate little bunny rabbit ever!

ok so you stole a bunny, fed it cats milk and then released it? Hun, this bunny is dead…the mother wont go near it now. You should have left it alone and not taken her baby away from her.

khon123456 10.30.09 at 10:40 pm

hes already released =[

I wouldn’t worry about catching a disease from a bunny. What are you going to do with him now?

khon123456 10.30.09 at 10:40 pm

yeah i released it a day later after i caught it. my mom said it might have a disease lol thanks for the info tho

purplesaxark 10.30.09 at 10:40 pm

you will have MUCH better luck using an eye dropper. I am raising several baby wild rabbits right now.

i found a cottontail bunny that looks about 3 weeks old when i was lawn mowing today.

i thought hey since its just sitting there maybe i shuld keep it. so i did.

are there signs that a cotton tail bunny is sick? or carries a disease?

Make sure oyu look it up though. And after that you can try to feed it regular food. refuges like that jus tneed to understand what you trying to do and get used to eating by us humans ..Savvy?
