How come my rabbit isn't drinking his water?

I filled up his bottle about 3 days ago and it only looks like he only drunk a 2 inches of the water.
Also…I gave some apples and he only ate a bite.
Is he sick?
My dad does not buy any rabbit food that much so I feed him corn,string beans,apples and bannanas when i have it because we do not have alot of money.

I’m getting two rabbits. At the moment they’re 3 or 4 months old, and they’re already about the size of an adult dwarf rabbit. Their mother was a Flemish Giant/Holland Lop mix, and their father was a purebred Flemish Giant. How big can I expect them to get?
