type of food

My new rabbit was on a bag of the muesli type of food, I forget the brand name now. He was selective feeding so I had to change him to pellets. So I bought ‘excel’ pellets. I have the same ones for my new guinea pig. My rabbit is about 7/8 months.
On the pack it said ‘Adult 16+weeks’ and on the other one it said ‘Adult’ I was unsure which to get for my rabbit as he is over 16 weeks but unsure when he would be an adult. I just bought the over 16 weeks one. I only quickly had a look at the difference and it was that the ‘adult’ one had lower calories. So which should I have gotten for my rabbit and when should I move him up to the ‘adult’?

B.Q Also does anyone use this Excel rabbit food? What do you think of it? I think its good cause my rabbit selective feeds and eats the nice food and leave the seeds etc. I mixed a bit in with the other food and i thought he would leave it along with the seeds and eat the treats but he actually ate all of it up and just left the treats. Also it says on the bag its what the vets reccomend so i think it must be good. So what do you think of it?

my rabbit is really stubborn and only eats a certain type of food, when the only pet store that sells that food ran out of it, we didn’t have anything to feed her. we tried feeding her carrots, a different type of food, alfalfa, melons, and timothy hay but she won’t eat it. (we don’t have lettuce though). right now she’s starving of hunger and keeps trying to bite things but still won’t eat her food.
