What is a good rabbit to breed?

in Rabbit Breeds

I think that I have to breed some type of animal for agriculture in school. I was thinking I breed rabbits, but I do not know what a good rabbit to breed.

I know how to take care of them, and the babies would only go as pets. They would be well cared for.

Why would you ever need to breed animals for school?
That’s wrong…

But to asnwer your question, my opinion is mini-lops.

A good breed is either a lionhead, mini rex, and holland lop`s. You should try at lesat 2 different breeds so people can pick you know.

honestly agriculture class would probably prefer you to breed for the purpose of meat

find out what breeds are in demand but are hard to come by in your area.

Its great you asked! I breed Mini Rex rabbits and they are a very laid back cuddly good tempered rabbit. They are the small version of Rex meaning fairly same body type but smaller. they have the same fur type and everything as a rex rabbit. The problem is their population has gone down in the state i live in idk about the wherabouts where you live so you might be able to get ahold of 2 or 3 where you live…im not sure. The best color to get ahold of though is black or broken black which is black and white. here is a picture of the two colors…
here is the broken black rabbit
